There may be times when your shared notebook is syncing normally, except for one of its sections or pages. You can verify this by doing the following: In the OneNote desktop app, select File > Info > View Sync Status.

If lots of your SharePoint or Microsoft Teams files get deleted, overwritten, corrupted, or infected by malware, you can restore an entire shared document library to a previous time. The restore will undo all the actions that occurred on both files and folders in the last 30 days.

Locate the folder you want to add, select the circle in the folder's tile, and then select Add shortcut to My files on the top menu. Or right-click a folder and select Add shortcut to My files. Tip: If you don't want the folder contents to sync and be shared, you can click Download.

Open notebooks that others have shared with you. To open a shared notebook from OneDrive, do this: Click the link to the shared notebook in the email. The shared notebook will open in your browser. In OneNote for Mac, click File > Open Notebook and select the notebook that’s been shared with you.

You can work around this issue by taking the following steps: Remove the affected calendar (s) from Outlook Desktop. Enable “Turn on shared calendar improvements” in the Calendar Properties.

If you cannot share OneDrive files it could be because: You have reached your sharing limits. We need to validate your account. The item is in your Personal Vault. OneDrive is not running. Your organization has disabled or restricted it. You can't share to specifc people who don't have a Microsoft account.

View a Shared folder on your computer. If you have edit permission to a shared folder, you can add a shortcut to it under your Files view. This will keep the shared folder alongside your own folders in your Files list, and makes it easier to move items between folders and work on items offline.

On your SharePoint site, go to the library where you want to share files. Pick the file or folder you want to share by selecting its circle icon. Note: Sharing multiple items at the same time is not available. Instead, you can add the things you'd like to share to a folder and then share the folder.
